

How Do I Register?
If you would like to pay with a credit card, click the link below to download and submit an electronic form that will automatically send the information to our secure database. When we receive the notification that your form has been submitted, we will generate an email invoice to you that will allow you to pay through Google Checkout. Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a $5.00 processing fee that will be added to your conference total and reflected in the email invoice total.
